2. Description of Services

BOIL AND BROTH LTD provides food preparation and delivery services. We reserve the right to change menus, prices, and delivery zones without prior notice.

3. Payment and Cancellation

All prices are in British Pounds (GBP). Payment is made at the time of ordering. Order cancellation is possible no later than 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time. After this period, no refunds will be issued.

4. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect damages resulting from the use of our services. Our maximum liability is limited to the cost of the paid order. We do not guarantee the absence of allergens in all dishes, although we take precautions; the client is responsible for notifying us of allergies in advance.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UK courts.
